One-level suspended ceilings
Suspended ceilings may inject a lot of charm to any interior. Subtle light and unique shapes constitute the most significant characteristics of suspended ceilings. It is worth considering adding these elements to your space when renovating your interior.
One-level suspended ceilings are the most common type of suspended ceilings. Plasterboard is mounted on the steel construction, filled, primed and finally painted.
The space created between the steel structure and the ceiling allows for easy lighting installation anywhere in the surface of the ceiling.
Currently the most common lighting solution is LED backlight; LED strip giving warm light or RGB stripe can be installed. LED RGB strip, combined with a dedicated remotely operated driver allows setting any colour of light, including white. This solution enables a free modification of the interior atmosphere.
Multi-level suspended ceilings
Multilevel suspended ceilings with plasterboard constitute a development of a one-level ceiling.
Multi-level design may include a range of undercuts, recesses, arches and slants with a variety of possible lighting solutions. The edges of each level might be straight or curved.
In this type of ceilings LED lighting can be used too, either in the white or RGB version.
Mixed suspended ceilings
Some types of spaces, especially office and trade, might require even more flexible solutions. In this case we combine suspended ceilings made of plasterboard with coffers (Armstrong ceilings).
The combination of these two techniques allows designing a modular ceiling solution installed in spaces where design is of the highest importance. Wherever it is necessary to ensure easy access to technical infrastructure located on the ceiling, it is best to install a coffered ceilings system.
This solution is the most aesthetic but at the same time highly practical.
Armstrong coffered ceilings
Armstrong coffered ceilings are recommended wherever easy access to the space above the ceiling is necessary.
The advantage of this type of solution is that specially prefabricated lightweight panels are arranged on a metal structure. The panels are therefore held by a structure without being permanently attached. As a result, they can be easily removed, for example to lay a new cable.
